Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Blush, an AI companion app from AI LAB.

Use of Blush

You are responsible for how you use Blush and for the prompts, reports, feedback, and messages you submit. You may not use Blush for illegal activity, harassment, exploitation, sexual content involving minors, non-consensual sexual content, threats, self-harm instruction, or attempts to bypass safety controls.

AI limitations

Blush uses AI-generated responses. AI content can be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate. Blush is not a medical, legal, financial, emergency, or crisis service.

Curated characters and content

Blush currently provides developer-curated characters. User-created characters are not available in this release. We may restrict, remove, or refuse content that violates these terms or creates safety, legal, or platform risk.

Subscriptions

Blush Premium is offered through Apple in-app purchase. Prices, duration, and trial availability are shown before purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings. Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies.

Account deletion

You may delete your account from Settings in the app. Deletion removes your account from the service, except for limited records we may retain for fraud prevention, legal compliance, dispute resolution, and transaction auditing.

Safety reports

You can report characters and messages from the app. We may review reports, remove content, limit accounts, or take other action when needed.

Changes

We may update Blush or these terms. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated terms.
