Subscriptions & Billing

If Apple shows an active subscription but Blush does not unlock Premium features, please use the Restore Purchases button in Blush Settings first. If the issue persists, email us with your account sign-in method and approximate purchase time. Do not send full payment card details.

Safety & Reporting

We are dedicated to maintaining a safe community. Use the in-app report action on a character's profile or individual messages for any inappropriate or unsafe content. Reports include vital context that helps us review and act on the issue faster.

Account Deletion

You can delete your account and all associated personal history directly inside the app. Open Settings in Blush and choose Delete Account. If you are unable to access the app, please email support from the email address associated with your account.
