Privacy Policy
This policy explains how AI LAB collects, uses, and protects information when you use Blush.
Information we collect
We collect account identifiers from Apple Sign In or Google Sign-In, basic profile information you choose to provide, device and app version information, chat messages, reports, feedback, and subscription status.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate your account, provide AI chat sessions, sync conversation history, process safety reports, manage subscriptions, prevent abuse, debug the service, and respond to support requests.
AI processing
Messages and character context may be sent to AI model providers and Cloudflare infrastructure to generate replies. Do not include sensitive personal, financial, health, or emergency information in conversations.
Purchases
Premium subscriptions are processed by Apple and verified through RevenueCat. We receive purchase identifiers and entitlement status, but not your full payment card details.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share information with service providers only as needed to operate Blush, including Firebase, Cloudflare, RevenueCat, Apple, Google, and AI infrastructure providers.
Controls
You can report content in the app, restore purchases, send feedback, export support context, or delete your account from Settings. Account deletion removes your account data from the app service, subject to limited security, legal, and transaction records we may need to retain.
Security and retention
We use access controls, encrypted transport, and operational monitoring. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms.
Children & Age Gate
Blush requires an age gate confirmation and is intended strictly for users 17 years of age or older. Blush is not intended for children under 17. If you believe a minor under 17 has provided personal information, contact us so we can review and remove it where required.
